Your author is Jennifer Roblin, an Anxiety Specialist, Coach and Trainer.

Jennifer's mission is to prove that stress and anxiety do not have to dominate anyone's life.

She has 30 years of experience in the corporate world and held multiple senior leadership positions in UK, Europe and USA. 

Throughout that time, Jennifer noticed that the majority of her teams were struggling with anxiety ..... be that overwhelm, perfectionism, procrastination, fear of being judged, fear of failure, fear of speaking in public, imposter syndrome ..... the list went on and on. 

Jennifer was able to recognise this, and therefore coach her teams to be more successful because she too had struggled with all these things in the past!

Jennifer left the corporate world of finance in 2016 and retrained as an anxiety specialist, coach and trainer. 

She runs her private practice in Chelmsford, Essex. Jennifer also speaks at corporate events, schools and universities about Anxiety Management and runs regular training programs for her clients.
